All services are done "on-site". In other words we come to you. We use only manufacturer's recommended parts. After we diagnose the problem, we will discuss the options before proceeding with the repair to make sure that what you want done is done.

After you contact us, we will determine whether a service call is needed. Some problems can be diagnosed and solved over the phone with a little help from you...at no cost to you. We're glad to help within reason. I mean we won't tell you how to change your motor over the phone but we will tell you how to possibly determine if the motor is the problem.

SERVICE PRICES
SERVICE CALLS AND TRAVEL CHARGES:
Commercial and residential pricing is the same. There is a minimum $65 service call charge. There may be extra travel charges for distances over 30 minutes from our Nashville office. The travel rate is $65/hr round trip. However, if you live (as an example) in Chattanooga, we would try to help defer the cost by scheduling more than just your call and try to split the travel charge with other customers. THE TRAVEL/SERVICE CALL CHARGES DO NOT APPLY TO THE LABOR RATE.
LABOR RATES :
The labor rate is $100/hr per tech . ( 30 minute minimum).I HAVE MORE THAN 30 YEARS EXPERIENCE .--------so we are very good and don't waste time.
*******PRICING FOR ASSEMBLY,INSTALLS , AND REMOVAL ARE DIFFERENT AND AVAILABLE ON REQUEST
IMPORTANT NOTE: All charges will be estimated in writing if you want a record of it. Also, no work will be done without prior approval.An invoice will be left ,emailed or faxed when work is complete.In most cases payment is due 5 days after the work is complete.
FOR COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS : An invoice will be left, faxed or e-mailed to you. The payment is under net 30 terms.
PAYMENT METHODS: We accept cash, check and major credit/debit cards only. All applicable sales taxes apply for service call/travel, parts and labor.
ALL WORK IS GUARANTEED TO YOUR SATISFACTION. ALL PARTS ARE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY ACCORDING TO THE MANUFACTURER'S LIMITS.
SERVICE AREA
Our service area roughly covers a 90 mile radius from Nashvillebut also includes northern Alabama (Huntsville) and southern Kentucky.
We are able to travel further if needed
